A compact, manually operated donut cutter featuring a revolving stainless steel ring mounted between two solid hardwood handles. Dimensions: ~12 cm total length, ~4.5 cm wheel diameter, ~280 g weight. The cutting ring has a polished, burr-free edge designed to slice cleanly through rested yeast dough without dragging or distorting shape. Hardwood handles are contoured for palm fit and finished with natural oil — no paint or lacquer. Usage method: lay sheeted dough over the hopper, press down gently with both hands, then rotate forward in one smooth motion — the tool compresses, centres and cuts in a single action. Works best with doughs at room temperature and 3–5 mm thickness. Includes one unit only — no spare parts or accessories.
