A compact two-piece ravioli mould set made entirely from 304 stainless steel — certified food-safe and compliant with UK/EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 for materials in contact with food. Dimensions: small mould diameter 7.6 cm (3″), large mould diameter 9.5 cm (3.75″); thickness 0.8 mm; weight approx. 200 g total. Surface finish is satin-polished for scratch resistance and easy wipe-down. Each mould functions as both cutter and sealer: dough is laid over the cavity, pressed in, filled, folded, then pressed again to cut excess and fuse edges in one motion. The uniform cavity depth (4.5 mm) ensures balanced filling-to-dough ratio and prevents bursting during cooking. Designed for repeat use in home kitchens — compatible with rolling pins, pastry brushes, and standard UK dishwashers (top rack recommended). Stores flat or nested, occupying less than 10 cm × 10 cm of drawer space.
