The Float Level Switch is a liquid level control device featuring a simple structure. It operates without an external power supply and does not contain complex circuits. The device offers a compact size. Application suitability depends on correct material selection for specific liquids, pressures, or temperatures. Applications include shipbuilding, generator equipment, petrochemical industry, food industry, water treatment equipment, dyeing and finishing industry, and hydraulic machinery. Working Principle: The sensor consists of a magnetic reed switch and a float ball. The float ball contains magnetic material. One or more magnetic reed switches are located inside a sealed non-magnetic metal tube or plastic tube. The assembly allows the conduit to pass through float balls with magnetic material, using fixed rings to maintain positions. As the float rises or falls with the liquid, contacts near the magnetic reed generate On and Off signals for level control. The switch closes when the float approaches and opens when it moves away.
