RV1103 Linux Dev Board Cortex-A7 NPU ISP

This RV1103-based Linux development board features a single-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor running at 1.2GHz, integrated NEON and FPU for efficient computation. It includes 64MB of 16-bit DDR2 DRAM to support demanding memory bandwidth requirements. The board integrates Ruixin Micro’s 4th-generation NPU delivering up to 0.5 TOPS (int8) and 1.0 TOPS (int4), with support for mixed-precision quantization (int4/int8/int16). Its built-in 3rd-generation ISP3.2 handles up to 4MP @ 30fps input and supports HDR, WDR, and multi-level denoising for enhanced image quality. Video encoding is optimised via intelligent bitrate adaptation — reducing bitrates by over 50% compared to standard CBR while preserving HD clarity and doubling effective storage capacity. A dedicated on-chip RISC-V MCU enables ultra-low-power operation, fast boot in 250ms, and concurrent AI model loading — allowing facial recognition to complete within one second. Connectivity includes MIPI CSI 2-lane camera interface, USB 2.0 Host/Device, 10/100M Ethernet controller with embedded PHY, 25 GPIO pins, and SPI NAND FLASH (128MB) as default storage. The board is supplied with a pin header and constructed from plastic and metal. No Wi-Fi or Bluetooth module is included.
