High measurement accuracy for quick and easy centering and zeroing of mechanical spindle and workpiece data. Ensures accuracy and repeatability in drilling, milling, turning, and grinding operations with precise positioning. The edge finder uses the machine's coordinate system to determine the position of the workpiece. Suitable for use on CNC lathes, milling machines, machining centers, and conventional machine tools. Optimal performance at 400–600 RPM. The 4mm probe is ideal for zeroing small holes and grooves. The lower end is magnetically shielded to prevent interference. Measurement accuracy up to 0.005mm. Constructed for durability with high strength and hardness, suitable for long-term use. Dimensions: approximately 90 x 18mm; probe diameter: 4mm. Button diameter: approximately 10mm.
