Single-Axis Programmable Stepper Controller

A dedicated single-axis motion controller engineered for simplicity and reliability in general-purpose automation. Powered by DC 5–30V and compatible with common cathode stepper motors, it delivers precise open-loop control with acceleration/deceleration profiling, reverse polarity protection, and TTL serial command support. Key parameters—including speed (0.1–999 rpm), pulse counts (1–9999 forward/reverse), delays (0.0–999.9 s), and cycle repetitions (1–9999)—are stored permanently and restored at power-on. The LCD display enables quick verification and adjustment, while 128 programmable motion segments support complex, repeatable sequences. Designed for operation between -5°C and 60°C (non-condensing), it uses industrial-grade plastic construction and is intended exclusively for non-critical industrial applications such as education, prototyping, and light automation.
