Solid Beech Table Clamp Embroidery Holder

Built from responsibly sourced solid beech wood with a smooth, untreated natural finish, this embroidery stand weighs only 0.67 kg — making it one of the lightest full-function table clamps on the UK market without sacrificing stability. The clamp base incorporates a large-diameter knurled knob for confident one-handed tightening, a vertical steel-reinforced support post, and an upper hoop cradle with dual wooden pressure plates and brass-coated machine screws for precise, repeatable tension control. As a purpose-built freehand stitching aid, it anchors hoops firmly so both hands stay engaged in needle manipulation — improving stitch consistency and reducing eye-strain caused by constant hoop repositioning. The clamp opens wide enough for standard UK craft tables, and the upper holder rotates smoothly to accommodate left- or right-handed users and varied hoop orientations. Frequently chosen by members of UK embroidery guilds and local stitching circles, it performs equally well with 15 cm plastic hoops, 20 cm wooden hoops or multi-ring frames — supporting everything from beginner samplers to complex goldwork preparations on organised, uncluttered surfaces.
