A precision-engineered lost wax casting flask built from high-hardness solid iron using seamless one-piece stamping — delivering unmatched structural integrity during gypsum setting, burnout and molten metal injection. Equipped with a bonded, wear-resistant rubber base that remains fixed to the iron body and delivers reliable non-slip contact on ceramic, wood or steel workbenches. Internally coated with a durable non-stick finish to prevent adhesion between cured plaster and metal walls, enabling fast, damage-free mold removal. Optimised for jewellery-scale applications: compatible with standard centrifugal, vacuum and steam dewaxing systems, and suitable for both silver and gold alloy casting. Supplied as a single unit — ready to use out of the box.
