High Speed Mode – Up to 38km/h. Installation Steps: 1. Turn off the scooter. 2. Remove the four screws located under the display on the stem. Keep screws for reassembly. 3. Open the housing to access the display and connected wiring. Locate the middle connector and disconnect it. 4. Insert the speed controller between the display and wire, ensuring proper alignment to avoid damaging internal pins. 5. Place the controller inside the stem compartment and reattach the four screws. 6. Press and hold the Bluetooth board power button to turn on the scooter. 7. Rapidly activate the brake three times, then the throttle three times. The display will show "38", indicating firmware update in progress. Do not operate the scooter during this process. Wait until the display shows "0", indicating completion. Turn off the scooter, restart, and test the updated speed function.
