Stackable Heavy-Duty Pull Up Straps

These straps use 38 mm (1.5 inch) wide, 1.8 m (6 ft) long nylon webbing with bar-tack reinforced ends and corrosion-resistant steel D-rings. Resistance values are permanently marked: 15.8 kg (35 lbs), 20.4 kg (45 lbs), and 29.5 kg (65 lbs). Two padded accessories—foot pad and knee pad—are lined with breathable mesh-backed foam and fasten with industrial-grade hook-and-loop. The door anchor uses dual rubber-coated jaws and a centre tension screw for snug, mark-free installation on standard UK domestic doors (typically 35–44 mm thick). A contoured handle with finger grooves and non-slip surface connects via dual D-rings for symmetrical force transfer. Strap stacking multiplies resistance linearly: 15.8 + 20.4 = 36.2 kg, etc.—allowing fine-grained progression aligned with UK strength standards (e.g., UKSC guidelines for rehab or athletic development). The kit supports over 12 functional movement patterns, including vertical pulling, horizontal rowing, anti-rotation bracing, and unilateral pressing. All parts nest efficiently into the 28 × 18 × 8 cm nylon storage bag with separate zip pockets for pads, anchor, and handle—designed for UK postal shipping compliance and airline cabin carry-on size limits.
