Primary extrusion component is 430 stainless steel — chosen for hardness, thermal stability and resistance to oxidation from flour, butter, egg and citrus-based ingredients. Supporting materials: PP (main body), PS (disc support plates), ABS (handle frame), silicone gel (non-slip grip surfaces). Overall size: ~25 × 8 × 6 cm; weight ~420 g. Contains 16 metal shaping discs (covering 12–38 mm profiles) and 6 stainless + silicone-tipped decorating nozzles. Handle length and curvature validated for UK anthropometric data to ensure neutral wrist alignment and minimal muscle activation. Disc fixation uses a captive-thread bottom slot that engages fully before extrusion begins — eliminating lateral drift and dough seepage. Proven effective in domestic kitchens, church fairs, nursery baking days, pop-up cafés and cottage food businesses.
