Static-Dissipative Pickup Rollers

Engineered as a direct replacement for Canon DR-C125, DR-C225, DR-C255, DR-C225II, and DR-C225W scanners, this pickup roller set replicates the exact mechanical footprint and functional behaviour of the original equipment. Each roller uses an industrial-grade rubber formulation with calibrated elasticity and built-in static dissipation to prevent electrostatic cling and ensure clean, single-sheet separation. Dimensions—including outer diameter, contact width, and shaft geometry—are identical to Canon’s OEM design. The kit enables full restoration of feeder reliability: post-installation, users experience fewer multi-feeds, improved initial paper grab, and reduced need for jam clearing. Performance is validated at up to 200,000 sheets using ISO-standard test parameters (80 g/m² paper, ambient temperature 20–25°C, relative humidity 40–60%).
