Stepless 12V-40V 10A PWM Motor Controller

Compact controller board measuring 5 × 20 × 20 mm (0.20 × 0.79 × 0.79 inch), constructed from acrylic resin housing. Operates on DC input voltage from 12V to 40V, supports up to 400W load, with 8A rated current and 10A maximum surge current. Static (standby) current draw is only 0.02A. Uses precise 13 kHz PWM signal for smooth speed modulation between 10% and 100%, adjusted via high-grade potentiometer. Core components include military-spec PCB, imported 50V 1000µF capacitor, and IRF3205 power MOSFETs. Safety features: integrated 10A fuse, reverse polarity protection, and overvoltage protection. Direction reversal possible via externally wired switches — no internal modification required.
