Stepless DC Motor Speed Controller

This PWM motor speed controller features a hybrid ABS and aluminium alloy housing measuring approx. 96 x 61 x 34 mm (3.78 x 2.4 x 1.34 in), with a recommended panel cutout of 92 x 56 mm (3.62 x 2.2 in). It supports DC input voltages from 6V to 60V and provides linear output voltage under load. Speed is adjusted continuously from 0% to 100% using a potentiometer linked by an 18 cm (7.1 in) cord. A digital display indicates real-time speed percentage. The controller uses current regulation at 15 kHz switching frequency, handles up to 30A peak current, and sustains 20A continuously. It operates stably between -45°C and +85°C and connects via a barrier terminal block.
