Sundance Spa Temp Sensor Replacement

This temperature sensor is a direct replacement part for Sundance hot tubs and spas, designed to restore accurate water temperature monitoring and resolve common error codes including OH (overheat) and ICE. It measures water temperature precisely to ensure proper heater operation and system safety. The sensor features a robust construction with non-woven fabric housing and black finish. Compatible with a wide range of Sundance models spanning from 2002 to 2012+, including J-200, J-300, J-350, J-360, J-375, J-385, and J-400 series, as well as 400, 600, 750, 800, and 850 control systems. Also fits Suncoast (1992), Suntub SVDV (496–498), and select Inground Spa systems (excluding skirted models — use 6600-169 instead). Replaces part numbers 6600-138, 6600-105, and is interchangeable with 6600-182 (stainless steel version with box end connectors). Installation requires cutting the old sensor wire and splicing/taping the new sensor’s leads to the existing wiring before routing back to the control board.
