Inline sanitary sight glass with tri-clamp end connections, manufactured entirely from SUS316 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance and surface finish consistency. Features a thick-walled tempered glass cylinder providing distortion-free, panoramic 360° visibility of fluid dynamics—including colour, viscosity, foaming, and particulate presence. Designed for integration into hygienic process lines operating at up to 120 PSI and 300°F. Dimensions: 1.5 inch model has 38 mm pipe OD and 155 mm total length; 2 inch model has 51 mm pipe OD and 161 mm total length. All wetted surfaces are electropolished to Ra ≤ 0.8 µm, and sealed with high-purity silicone gaskets meeting USP Class VI requirements.
