RS485/RS422 include surge protection and 120 Ω balancing resistor pin; RS232 includes tube protection, surge and ESD protection. Serial port supports baud rates from 1200 to 115200 bps, data bits 8–9, parity options (none/odd/even), no flow control. Features preamble detection, automatic packet segmentation, 960-byte cache, RSSI output, AT command configuration, encrypted communication, multi-level relay networking, PC-based configuration and firmware upgrade, custom firmware available in bulk orders.
