Tactical Nylon Light Mount Clamp

This mount is made entirely from high-performance nylon, measuring 6.5 cm long, 4.2 cm wide, and 3.1 cm high, with a mass of 85 g. It features a rigid U-shaped clamp body and an integrated M3 tension screw with nylon locking insert. Designed exclusively for the standard guide rails of FAST and MICH helmets — not compatible with ARC, ECH, or non-rail helmets. Mounting requires no tools: simply align, slide into place, and tighten by hand until resistance increases — then give one final quarter-turn. Once set, it withstands head acceleration up to 8g (tested per UK Home Office tactical gear validation guidelines) without shifting. Used by UK search-and-rescue teams for night woodland operations and by firearms officers during building searches where light stability directly impacts threat identification speed.
