TB6600 Stepper Driver 4.5A Industrial

This TB6600-based stepper motor driver operates across a broad 10V–45V DC input range and supports up to 4.5A output current per phase. It incorporates automatic half-current functionality to conserve energy and reduce thermal load when the motor is not stepping. High-speed 6N137 optical coupling ensures noise-immune command signal transmission and prevents step loss during high-frequency operation. An integrated heatsink improves thermal capacity, allowing sustained operation under load. Connection is simplified using a two-terminal common-anode input scheme. Subdivision settings are permanently marked on the board’s reverse surface; reverse power connection must be avoided to prevent permanent IC damage, and current adjustment must respect the motor’s manufacturer-specified maximum.
