Three-Phase BLDC Controller 5-36V

This compact BLDC motor speed regulator combines ABS enclosure durability with precision electronics for dependable performance. Input voltage must match the motor’s rated value within the DC 5–36 V range (220 V absolutely prohibited). Maximum continuous output current is 15 A, with hard-limited 15 A protection. Speed is adjusted linearly from 0% to 100% RPM using a 270° 100K potentiometer that doubles as an on/off switch. The controller supports forward and reverse rotation and connects via insulated barrier terminal blocks. Its sensorless three-phase architecture eliminates the need for motor position feedback, simplifying integration with standard BLDC motors while ensuring quiet, low-vibration operation across the entire speed band.
