The wok ring has a durable construction with perforated sides and a flat, steady rim. It can be used to support woks when cooking on a standard range. Place the ring with the narrow side down and use it on a small, fast electric burner for efficient heating. The design allows for quick and even heat distribution, similar to a gas burner. The coils are fully covered, ensuring efficient energy use. The ring fits securely over the coils. The gap between the flat bottom wok and the coils helps distribute heat evenly, preventing food from burning. The gap is small to minimize wok movement. Color: Silver. Material: Stainless steel.
