Universal Brass Siphon Matte Black

Solid brass siphon with matte black lacquer finish, engineered for universal fit and long-term reliability in UK residential and light-commercial settings. Compatible with all standard 1 1/4 inch (32 mm) basin waste outlets. Includes 200 mm extension tube with brass-threaded ends. Overall height range: 190–310 mm (adjustable). Trap depth: 65 mm water seal. Sealing system uses food-grade silicone gaskets rated to 90°C continuous use. Escutcheon included for clean, professional finish. The siphon’s modular architecture supports field adaptation: extension tube can be installed before or after the trap body to optimise space usage; inlet nut allows ±15° angular correction for misaligned waste outlets. Internal bore diameter: 32 mm — maximising flow velocity to reduce sediment deposition. Lacquer adheres to BS EN 1254-3 adhesion standards and shows no flaking after 10,000 flex cycles in accelerated wear testing. Deployed successfully in over 12,000 UK bathroom refits since 2021 — particularly valued in conservation-area renovations where visible plumbing must meet heritage aesthetic standards without sacrificing modern hygiene performance.
