Upgraded Clip Mic for Instrument Tuning

The Korg CM-300 is an evolution of the classic clip-on contact microphone, focused on durability, stability, and acoustic precision. It uses a piezo sensor to convert instrument surface vibrations into electrical signals, feeding them cleanly via a 5 ft (1.5 m) cable ending in a 6.3 mm (1/4 inch) mono jack. Built from robust ABS plastic in black, it features a widened clip (7 mm greater opening than predecessor), redesigned soft rubber grips, and a reinforced cable entry point for long-term resilience. Cable flexibility and internal signal transmission efficiency have both been improved to support responsive, low-noise performance in varied playing conditions.
