USB Powered 2x3W Class D Mini Amp Board

A self-contained stereo amplifier module built around the PAM8403 Class D IC, engineered for clean 2 × 3W output into 4Ω or 8Ω speakers using only 2.5–5V DC power — fully compatible with USB-A, USB-C, and USB power banks. Board dimensions are approx. 28 × 21 mm with standard 1.6 mm thick PCB material. Input impedance is 10 kΩ, supporting passive connection to line-out sources without loading effects. Designed for durability in repeated prototyping cycles: all pads are tinned and reinforced, with no fragile flex circuits or glued components. Intended for permanent integration into custom speaker systems, audio-enabled IoT devices, STEM project kits, and repair/modernisation of legacy audio gear lacking internal amplification.
