This USB 2.0 conversion cable provides direct connectivity between modern computers and legacy IDE/SATA storage devices. Supports 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch hard drives (≤320GB), CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, CD-RW and DVD-RW drives (excluding burners), MO and ZIP drives. Integrates support for 2.5", 3.5" and 5.25" form factors in one compact head. Delivers up to 480 Mbps transfer speed. Stable performance ensured by fully cured internal construction. Compatible with Windows 2000, ME, XP, Vista and Mac OS — driverless on specified Windows versions. Hot-swap capable and plug-and-play ready. Note: Configure target hard drive to MASTER mode using onboard jumpers prior to connection.
