Final assembled model measures approximately 28 × 14 × 12 cm and weighs 1.8 kg. Includes over 500 precisely engineered components: dual overhead camshafts, eight pistons with articulated connecting rods, cast-alloy cylinder block and heads, timing chain assembly, and ignition coil mounts. Driven by an embedded DC motor enabling full-cycle animation — crankshaft spins continuously while pistons reciprocate in phased sequence and valves lift synchronously.
