WAHL Clipper Lever Screw Washer Kit

A dedicated replacement kit for WAHL 8148 and 8159 hair clippers, comprising a blade adjustment lever, screw, washer, and optionally a nut — all constructed from robust polypropylene (PP). Each component replicates factory tolerances for dimensional accuracy and functional reliability. The lever features ergonomic contouring for tactile feedback during length adjustment; the screw has fine-threaded pitch for incremental tension control; the washer distributes load evenly to prevent housing deformation; and the nut (in four-piece version) adds locking security against vibration-induced loosening. Designed for frequent maintenance cycles, the PP material remains dimensionally stable after exposure to alcohol-based disinfectants and daily handling. Installation requires no modification — parts slot directly into original mounting points, restoring full mechanical responsiveness of the blade adjustment mechanism.
