Waterproof Casting Defect Repair Paste

This 50 g A+B epoxy repair paste combines epoxy resin, hardener, reactive diluent and high-density fillers to deliver waterproof, heat-resistant performance. It cures to iron-like hardness with excellent dimensional stability and uniform thickness. Suitable for continuous operation up to 150°C, it adheres strongly to clean, dry, grease-free surfaces including cast metals, pipes, concrete, glass and rigid plastics. Mix ratio is simple (typically 1:1), application is tool-assisted or hand-spread, and initial handling strength develops within several hours; full cure occurs within 24 hours. Machining operations — tapping, filing, grinding and drilling — are fully compatible after cure.
