WC8126Z Pool Filter Air Bleed Set

This 4-piece replacement kit delivers genuine WC8126Z-spec air bleed fittings—each matching the original form factor, thread type and sealing interface used in StaRite PTM and DE-series spa and pool filters. Dimensions conform precisely to industry-standard bleeder port geometry, ensuring full engagement and positive sealing under operating pressure (up to 50 PSI). Materials are selected for resilience against UV exposure, chlorine degradation and repeated thermal expansion cycles typical in UK outdoor installations. Functionally, each valve allows manual or passive venting of accumulated air from upper chambers of filter housings and pump casings—critical for maintaining prime, preventing cavitation, and sustaining rated flow rates. The kit supports both reactive fixes (e.g., after noticing air bubbles in sight glasses) and preventive upgrades (e.g., replacing aged plastic bleeders before they crack or leak). Recommended for certified installers and informed DIY users alike: simply shut off power, relieve system pressure, remove the old bleeder, and install the new one finger-tight—then check for leaks after restart. Ideal for estates with multiple spa units, holiday rental properties, or municipal leisure centres managing several parallel filtration systems.
