This is a direct-fit replacement carburetor designed specifically for engines requiring the Walbro WT-494 or Stens 615-725 specification. It measures approximately 85 mm (L) × 50 mm (W) × 60 mm (H) and weighs around 180 g. Constructed from durable zinc-alloy housing with brass metering components and rubber diaphragms, it ensures reliable fuel-air mixing under variable load conditions. The unit integrates main jet, idle jet, needle valve, and choke linkage in a single pre-assembled configuration. It functions by drawing air through the venturi while metering precise fuel volume via vacuum-operated diaphragm system — critical for consistent engine start-up, throttle response and low-speed stability.
