Compared to the old version, improvements have been made in fermentation temperature control, adjustable temperature and time ranges, appearance, inner bowl capacity, and power. - Precise Temp Control: Uses PTC constant temperature 360° water bath heating with a microcomputer that continuously senses temperature. It strictly controls the temperature within the set range, and maintains it within a ±2 F tolerance for up to 99 hours. - Timer Control: Left two digits on the display show Celsius, right two show time. Presets: yogurt (40-45 C & 1-12 h), rice wine (32-45 C & 1-42 h), natto (36-45 C & 1-24 h), and fermentation (21-48 C & 1-99 h). For example, to make Lactobacillus reuteri yogurt, use rice wine mode with 38 C (100 F) and the default time of 36 hours. - 1.7-Quart Capacity: Square inner pot design maximizes space, ensures even heat distribution, and offers a large single-container capacity.
